Our little guy is picking up new "tricks" (aka new ways to communicate) all the time these days. Here is a rare moment of him sitting still performing some of his best to date!
One of his newest ones is the please version of more. He picked up more from a couple of our friends and their kiddos and then he started using it for please ... Guess it makes sense, he asks and gets what he wants. The hard part is when he asks for something but he can't have it. He doesn't get, or maybe just doesn't like, not getting what he wants. Can't we all relate?
His peekaboo trick was a huge hit on our plane trip and with waiters and people in stores. He gets a big kick out of it too.
His newest one is the "where is it?" sign. Hilarious! We've had great fun hiding and finding toys with this one. And it reminds me of Kendall's adorable version when she was about his age ... Tear!!
One of my favorite parts of this video is at the end, you can tell I quit asking him things (because I couldn't remember the others) and he does three more on his own. We may have a little performer on our hands ;)

SO fun! We all love making T. show off. ;o) The girls have him trained, to where they just say "what does the..." and before they can even finish asking him he starts making animal sounds. Other than getting into EVERYTHING, this is one of my all time favorite baby stages! SO much personality just exploding all over the place.
ReplyDeletecute! What a great thing that his "more" and "please" are the same. I mean, shouldn't we ALWAYS say please instead of more? :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie! I love it!
ReplyDeleteThe end was definitely the best part--the little smirk-smile that acknowledged that he knew that was indeed performing the desired actions--like you said, anticipating what you were "forgetting." Tooo cute.
ReplyDeleteSo Cute! I cannot believe how big he is getting and how much his little personality keeps coming to life!
